Novembre 1986, une nouvelle entreprise de distribution de pièces de remplacement pour petits moteurs voit le jour. Messieurs Sylvain Farly, Jean-Marie Farly et Roger Beaudreault en sont les pionniers. Il faut aussi souligner un solide support technique de la part de M. Garcia Béliveau, dont l’expertise fut grandement appréciée. La Compagnie se distingue en faisant la livraison par camion directement chez le client. Roger Beaudreault s’occupait dans les années 1986-1987 des secteurs de l’Abitibi, du Lac St-Jean et de Québec. Quant à Sylvain, lui parcourait la région de Sherbrooke ainsi que le secteur de la Gaspésie. Par la suite, se rajoute le secteur du Nouveau-Brunswick. De 1997 à 1998 la clientèle s’étend même en Europe ainsi qu’aux États-Unis. La clientèle étant toujours grandissante, Distribution R.S. doit maintenant faire appel à des services de transport pour s’approvisionner et pour servir sa clientèle. La Compagnie a maintenant des représentants sur la route pour promouvoir ses produits. En 1990 viennent les ordinateurs, ce qui permet de contrôler l’inventaire et faire le suivi de ses clients. Entre 1986 et 2000, Distribution R.S. est en constante expansion et voit sa clientèle passée de 60 à 1100 clients. Novembre 1996, l’entreprise fête son dixième anniversaire. Pour remercier sa clientèle, Distribution R.S. attribue des cadeaux par le biais d’un concours. Printemps 1999, la Compagnie a fait beaucoup de changements techniques: nouveaux ordinateurs, ré-aménagement à l’intérieur de la bâtisse, ressources humaines spécialisées. 2001 marquera le 15e anniversaire de la Compagnie ainsi qu’un agrandissement de son entrepôt est prévu. Distribution R.S. remercie sa clientèle grâce à laquelle elle a pu devenir une entreprise prospère et espère garder sa confiance au cours de années à veni

In November, 1986, a new small motors replacement parts distribution business first saw the light of day. Messrs. Sylvain Farly, Jean-Marie Farly and Roger Beaudreault were the pioneers. The solid technical support of M. Garcia Béliveau must also be stressed, and his expertise was greatly appreciated. The Company set itself apart by making delivery by truck directly to the customer. During the years 1986-1987, Roger Beaudreault looked after the Abitibi, Lac St-Jean and Quebec City sectors. As for Sylvain, he travelled the Sherbrooke region as well as the Gaspé sector. Subsequently, the New Brunswick sector was added. From 1997 to 1998, the client base extended as far as Europe, as well as the United States. With its clientele continuing to enlarge, Distribution R.S. must now make use of transport services for its own supplies as well as to service its customers. The Company now has representatives on the road to promote its products. In 1990, computers arrived, and this facilitated inventory control and customer follow-up. Between 1986 and 2000, Distribution R.S. has undergone constant expansion and has seen its client base grow from 60 to 1,100 customers. The company celebrated its tenth anniversary in November 1996. In order to thank its customers, Distribution R.S. gave out gifts by way of a contest. In the spring of 1999, the Company made many technical changes: new computers, a rearrangement of the building interior, and the acquisition of specialized human resources. 2001 will mark the Company's 15th anniversary, and an enlargement of its warehouse is planned. Distribution R.S. would like to thank all its customers, because of whom it has become a prosperous enterprise, and will strive to maintain their trust in the years to come.
